BeeSafe Driving School – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BeeSafe Driving School.
These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and reliable learning experience for all pupils. By booking lessons, purchasing courses, or making payment with BeeSafe Driving School, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Payments

We strongly recommend that all customers contact BeeSafe Driving School via telephone or email before making any online payment.

All lesson bookings, intensive courses, and practical test bookings are subject to instructor availability and confirmation from BeeSafe Driving School.

Payments made online do not automatically guarantee a lesson, course, or test booking until confirmed by a member of our team.

BeeSafe Driving School reserves the right to decline or refund bookings where necessary.

2. Lesson Cancellations & Rearrangements

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange any pre-booked driving lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.

Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice may also result in the full lesson fee being charged.

BeeSafe Driving School reserves the right to rearrange or postpone lessons due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Driving test commitments
  • Vehicle mechanical breakdowns
  • Instructor illness
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Road closures or immovable traffic
  • Pre-arranged holidays
  • Any unforeseen circumstances outside of our control

Where possible, suitable alternative arrangements will be offered.

3. Practical Driving Tests

Before booking a practical driving test using a BeeSafe Driving School vehicle, the assigned instructor must be satisfied that the pupil has reached a safe and appropriate test standard.

An ADI reference number will only be supplied once the instructor confirms the pupil is ready for their practical test.

BeeSafe Driving School reserves the right to refuse use of the tuition vehicle for a driving test if, in the instructor’s professional opinion:

  • The pupil is not adequately prepared
  • Driving standards are unsafe
  • The pupil may present a risk to themselves, the instructor, examiner, or other road users

This decision is made in the interest of road safety and professional instruction standards.

4. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers purchased through BeeSafe Driving School are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Requests for extensions may be considered if made before the expiry date.

Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Pupil Responsibilities

All pupils are responsible for:

  • Holding and carrying a valid UK provisional or full driving licence during lessons
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date contact information
  • Arriving on time for scheduled lessons
  • Wearing suitable clothing and footwear for safe driving
  • Informing the instructor of any medical condition, medication, or circumstance that may affect their ability to drive safely

BeeSafe Driving School reserves the right to refuse or terminate lessons where legal or safety requirements are not met.

6. Professional Conduct & Safety

BeeSafe Driving School is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe learning environment at all times.

Abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour towards instructors or staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Lessons may be terminated immediately if the instructor believes safety, professionalism, or wellbeing has been compromised. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drug use before or during lessons is strictly prohibited.

7. Communication

If you have made an online payment or enquiry and have not received a response from BeeSafe Driving School within 5 working days, please contact us directly by telephone or email.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are entered correctly when booking lessons or making payments.

8. Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered at the discretion of BeeSafe Driving School.

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Completed lessons
  • Missed lessons
  • Late cancellations
  • Expired gift vouchers
  • Lessons or courses partially completed

Any approved refunds may be subject to an administration fee.

9. Liability

BeeSafe Driving School accepts no responsibility for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, road incidents, or DVSA-related changes.

While every effort is made to provide lessons and services as scheduled, BeeSafe Driving School cannot guarantee specific instructors, lesson times, or practical test dates.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking lessons, purchasing courses, or making payment with BeeSafe Driving School, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

BeeSafe Driving School reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
